Arquitectos Restauradores S.A.S is a company specialized in consulting and restoration of heritage and historical buildings at a local, national and international level, created and led by Arq. Max Ojeda Gómez, Master in the restoration of architectural monuments of the Javeriana University, with certified experience of more than 30 years as consultant, contractor, studies director in restoration and audit of heritage and historical buildings.
Invited lecturer at local and abroad universities, with various articles in specialized magazines and books.
Winner of the "Carlos Arbelaez Camacho" national award in the area of heritage intervention for the restoration of the Colon Theater in Bogotá at the SCA XXIII 2012 architecture biennale.
Special recognition form the University of Los Andes alumni association in the area of heritage intervention and winner of the International Real Estate Federation - FIABCI award in the same area.
Chosen among the 50 characters of the year by the architecture, design, and decoration specialized magazine "AXXIS" in 2015
GRADE OF COMPANY
The main objective of our company is to carry out all activities related to the area of restoration, from consulting, architectural projects, supervision and project management in heritage buildings.
Our contracting capacity and extensive experience allow us to handle large projects locally and internationally, for which we can work as a joint venture of two companies: Arquitectos Restauradores SAS and Max Ojeda Gómez.
LICENSES IN BOGOTA
To be able to do any kind of restoration works in buildings of a historical nature in Bogota, it´s necessary to present the project including the scope of works to the local state entities starting with Institute of Cultural Heritage of the District – IDPC, after the approval of the project and depending on the grade of the historical value of the building the project needs to be presented to the Direction of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture, once the approval and permits of the project have been obtained, the final step is to get the authorization from the Urban Planning Office to acquire the construction license. Our company has carried out these formalities for all restoration projects, some of which are indicated in the list of experience in heritage buildings.
